Plastic backings  need to be made of high quality composites to attain a product with the right performance and characteristics.  Ours is a composite of very high quality.
We use a high density polymer ( EDTA ) -  100 % pure composition - no  blends or mix. Many companies use PET in  the plastic backing composition to lower the cost, but a poor and fragile plastic base is the result of such a mix.
 
 We did many tests with our plastic base before it was put in the market :
 
 ICE : 06 month under 1 meter of ice in Quebec Canadá ( - 40 ° C )
 SUN : Support very well at + 55 ° C , but not it is not recommended for Dubai , per example , where many times in the years the temperature stays at  + 65 ° C , in this case we recommend wood backed 300 x 300 wood backed , is  the same model as plastic ( we can make both models plastic backed and wooden backed tiles)
 
 Logistics of the wood tiles:
 1 x 40´ FCL holds 14,364 tiles or 1,197 m2
 12 wood tiles  = 1 m2 ( for  12" X 12"   or 295x295 mm  )
 06 wood tiles = 1 m2 ( for  12" X 24"  or 295x590 mm )
For both sizes the thickness is 30 mm
 1 carton = 06 tiles
 
 Container lay out
 22 bundles of 105 cartons each ( 105 cartons x 06 tiles = 630 tiles)
 2 mini bundles of 42 boxes ( 42 x 06 tiles = 252 tiles)
 We could make your boxes with your company logo without mention of the
 manufacturer (that is included in the price).
 
 Waterproofing
 We use a trademark oil with the following properties:
 Bactericide , Fungicide , Solar Filter U.V + waterproof.
